Frederick was always known as a very happy and great man, who truly never had a bad day. He was very well liked by all, and would do anything for any of his family members and friends in need. Besides loving his family, especially his daughter, beloved granddaughter and his great grandchildren , he also loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman , as he took many trips deep sea fishing. He is survived by a daughter, Lori J. Morrison and husband Joe of Sciota; a granddaughter, Angeline and her Fiancé Cory; two great grandchildren, Noah and Summer; and his ex-wife, Gloria Schmidt, who he was great friends with ever since they were young, and continued to have a great relationship up to his passing.

A graveside service will be scheduled on a later date at the convenience of the family in Buena Vista Cemetery, Brodheadsville. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
