Timothy McGoldrick, 30, of Saylorsburg, passed away Wednesday, March 14 in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Pocono.

He was the son of Patrick Cyryl McGoldrick and Cathy Ann (Terranova) McGoldrick.

Tim was a member of St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Stroudsburg.

He worked as a brick layer for the Union in New York.

Tim was an avid wrestler his whole life. He graduated from Whitehall High School in 2005 and attended Rider University and later North Idaho College where he was an All American Wrestler in 2008. He was also a High School Freestyle National Champion as well as the Greco- Roman National Champion in Wrestling between 2003 and 2004. Most recently, he started following his other passion and was training hard in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). He also enjoyed listening to all sorts of music.

Tim will be remembered as the most kind, loving, and gentle soul.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Patrick Brian McGoldrick of Saylorsburg, his paternal grandmother, Helen (Daly) McGoldrick. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ian McGoldrick, his maternal grandfather, Michael Terranova, his paternal grandfather, Alisdair McGoldrick and his maternal grandmother, Mary (Fitzpatrick) Terranova.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 19 at 12:00 PM from the St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Stroudsburg. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
