Burnestine Tucker, 65, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 15 in her home.

Born in Atlanta, GA she was a daughter of the late Felton and Catherine (Brown) Tucker.

Burnestine enjoyed bingo and going to the casino and she loved doing puzzles.

She is survived by two daughters, Cassandra Tucker and Destiny Tucker, both of East Stroudsburg; two brothers, Samuel and Joseph Tucker; a sister, Sarah Tucker; many nieces, nephews and cousins and her dog Izzy.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 20 at 5:00 PM from the Reaching Out for Jesus Christian Center, Brodheadsville, with Bishop Kenneth Pearman officiating. Burial will be in Stroudsburg Cemetery on Monday, August 21 at 10:00 AM. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 3:00 PM until the time of the service from the church.
