Joseph John Scott Jr., 53, of Brodheadsville, passed away on Friday, June 2 in his home.

Born in Bucks County, he was a son of Matilda (Thomas) Ciappina of Brodheadsville and the late Joseph J. Scott Sr.

He had owned an operated US Power Tool Co. in Brodheadsville.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sisters, Dawn Noggle, Beth Linn Mackes and Suzanne McShane. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ken Baxindine.

A viewing will be held on Monday, June 5 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville followed by a committal service in Buena Vista Cemetery, Brodheadsville, with Rev. David Felker officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church that Joseph's grandfather helped build, Liberty Evangelical Free Church, 905 Spencer Drive, Bensalem, PA 19021.
