Ronald G. Sidovar, 71, of Lake Ariel, passed away on Sunday, April 23 in Fritzingertown Senior Living Community, Drums.

He was the husband of Gloria (Harding) Sidovar. They celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary in July.

Born in Alpha, NJ, he was the son of the late George and Julia (Youpa) Sidovar.

Ron's home church was Cornerstone Community Church in Kresgeville.

Ron graduated from Lafayette College in 1967 with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy. He worked as a federal employee and was a Social Security Administrator for over thirty years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Matthew Sidovar and wife Susan along with grandchildren, Anna and Lily, all from Ridgefield, CT; two stepsons, Robert Harding of Charleston, SC, Scott Harding and wife Danielle of Bethlehem, along with five grandchildren Emily Harding, Jenna Harding, Abigail Harding Logan, Natalie Harding and Trevor Harding. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Daniel and Jonathon Sidovar.

Ron enjoyed his seven grandchildren, traveling, and caring for his farm pets.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 30, at 3:00 PM from the Cornerstone Community Church in Kresgeville, with Pastor Stuart Szmaciasz officiating. A viewing will be held on Sunday April 30 at 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
