Joyce Elaine (Takacs) Donoher, 76, of Saylorsburg, PA passed away on Friday, April 21 in her home.

Born in Trenton, NJ she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Bobik) Takacs.

A graduate of Trenton High School. Joyce had worked as an Administrative Assistant for the NJ Department of Motor Vehicles.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Donoher Jr. and his wife Karen of Bordentown, NJ and John Donoher of Trenton, NJ; a daughter, Debra Sharpe and her husband Dan of Saylorsburg; two sisters, Anna Mae Pagliaro of Florence, NJ and Audrey Rue of Yardville, NJ and seven grandchildren, Joe Sharpe. Michael Sharpe, Bryan Sharpe, Erin Sharpe, Lucas Donoher, Lauren Donoher and Danny Donoher.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, c/o Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, 231 E. Brown St., East Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. The Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, is in charge of arrangements.
