Obituary for Clinton C. Eshleman

Clinton C. Eshleman, 73, of Effort, died Monday, January 30 in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Pocono.

He was the husband of the late Mae (Beasley) Eshleman.

Born in Gettysburg, he was the son of the late Charles Clinton and Mary (Whittaker) Eshleman.

He was a truck driver for Roadway Express in Tannersville for thirty five years. He was proud to have driven over four million miles without having an accident. He was an honorary retired member of the Teamsters Union.

He was a United States Marine Corp. veteran.

He is survived by four sons, Clinton Eshleman Jr. of Effort, Charles Collier and Charles Collier Jr., both of Gettysburg, and Thomas Eshleman of Allentown; two daughters, Kathy Frable of Kunkletown, and Joanne DiRoma of North Carolina; a brother, Harley Eshleman of Florida; a sister, Mary Harding of Mechanicsburg; seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 3 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM from the Kresge Funeral Home 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Flohrs Church Cemetery in Cashtown, PA.
