Donald Joseph Lemke, 56, of Stroudsburg died Wednesday, September 2 in Tannersville, PA.

He was the husband of D. Annette Munisar.

Born in Matamoras, he was a son of Joseph and Margaret (Hissum) Lemke.of Matamoras.

Donald was a jack-of-all trades. He did some construction work, drove a truck and was a mechanic, among other things. He was a "hands on" guy. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved trapping, hunting and fishing. He also loved cars and his Harley. He was a member of the Road Pipe Fish and Gun Club in Sciota. He was of the Catholic faith.

Donald was a US Army veteran.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Donald Lemke and his wife Nikita of Stroudsburg and Devendra Andiappan of Stroudsburg; four daughters, Linda Lemke and her husband Kenny of Clarryville, NY, Amy Andiappan of Stroudsburg, Selina Andiappan and her husband Kenrick of Stroudsburg and Nikita Andiappan of Stroudsburg; three brothers, Dean Lemke of Bond, OR, Derrick Lemke of Montague, NJ and Darryl Lemke of Monticello, NY; three sisters, Donna Lemke of Southern Pines, NC, Deanna Lemke of Hamilton, NJ and Dana Lemke of Hamilton, NJ; four grandchildren, Emily, Summer, Leah and Ava and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 5 at 1:00 PM from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, with Rev. Michael Quinnan officiating. Cremation will have taken place in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
